DeVoe Buick GMC of Naples

Does purchasing a used vehicle give you pause; it did us? Add, looking for a “needle in a haystack” truck and THAT’S A CHALLENGE! Our good fortune was finding Devoe Buick GMC in Naples, FL. My husband’s 2 GMC Sierra trucks have performed admirably, and their seats very comfortable for my degenerative spine & hips, but I thought I wanted a Ford F-150. Test drives of Ford F-150s, however, were not nearly as smooth riding as the GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, nor were the seats as comfortable, for me. On my initial call to Devoe, I requested to speak with the most knowledgeable truck sales person, and Matt was like a truck Wikipedia, and patiently answered my many questions. When we reached Devoe for our appointment with Matt, we were passed off to one of his younger, newer associates, Justin, and WE WERE SKEPTICAL! Whew, our skepticism rapidly dissipated as Justin impressed us with his truck acumen and patiently pulled out numerous vehicles for us to consider. We purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate with only 12,000 miles, in excellent condition, that had just been traded in. The previous owner had purchased the vehicle from Devoe Buick GMC and traded it for a new truck at their dealership. Justin’s service did not stop after Devoe received our payment in full. We left FL the day after the purchase for a couple of months and Justin has handled logistics and plating details as if the truck was his own... what amazing customer service Justin has delivered! My final review will come as a second review after Shaun, the Devoe Used Car Sales Manager, has his department complete his promised full detailing of the truck, prior to our pickup when we return to FL. Shaun was outstanding in his review of items we needed completed prior to paying for the vehicle. After doing business with Devoe Buick GMC, we have full confidence that Shaun will be certain our detailing expectations are met. Lastly, we want to give a shout out to the gentleman who handles the sales paperwork. He was as helpful, engaging and competent as the rest of the Devoe crew. Justin and Devoe Buick GMC certainly earned our business!
