This Dealer is dishonest in my opinion

Advertised price for the 2015 Jeep Wrangler is $ 11,991.00. I called as i was interested in seeing the vehicle. He tells me that the price advertised is good only if i traded in a vehicle. I believe this is a deceptive way of doing business..
