The Fantastic Four starting off with the BEST sales man in Miami Eric, then Alfredo (finance), Guillermo (Insurance) and Mr. Top Notch GQ Pepe. I ordered my car in December 2022 and Eric kept providing me an update. I got Many Aviator today and I am definitely in love with my car. I loved the attention, how smooth my process went and how Eric throughly explained every button and detail of the car. Besides all the wonderful service I received from the Fantastic Four I have just one thing that definitely needs to be addressed. The Ladies in the main entrance need customer service training. When customers come in for the first time they are the first people we see. A smile, thank you etc goes along way. I had to make a payment and I didn’t get a thank you and congrats etc. First impression counts and proper customer service would be for her to say, Hi my name is —— I will be taking your payment today and total of ? And when done thank you have a great day. They have poor customer service skills especially in such a prestige dealership.
