Dealership Service Review
It has a been a complete disrespect of my time and rights as a client, I left the car at 11:30am for a simple Oil Change and tires rotation, a procedure that in most shops takes no longer than 30 minutes, and I didn't get the call to pick up the car until 3:47pm (4 HOURS LATER!!!). When I went to the cashier to pay and presented my GM Rewards coupon, the lady refused to accept it because she wanted me to physically print it, as if we were in 1990 or if she didn't have a printer, so, I ended up having to pay, even though as a GM customer, I had a voucher that would've covered the service costs. And if that wasn't enough, after I paid, I still had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to bring me my car. Bottom line is, I have two chevy cars and have bought both from this dealership, and I can tell with total certainty this has been the last time I've been there, I'm taking my business somewhere else, to someone that respects my time and my rights as a customer.
