Dealership Service Review
The Service that we normally receive is always very professional and detailed. I never had a complaint to say about my multiple encounters with bringing my vehicle in for repairs. Though this recent visit to pick up my vehicle from a two week repair was by far the worst. It was bad enough that we had to wait for our vehicle to be given to us for 25 minutes after payment. Though upon receiving our vehicle trash was left along our seats, dust all over the interior of the vehicle and all over the dashboard, scratch all on the passenger glove compartment as well as a sweaty odor. Though the worst was the finger prints all over the inside roof, sides and center console of the car seemingly to be from mechanic work gloves. We keep our car as clean as possible due to our children having allergies and asthma. This is not the manner in which one should treat others property, we returned our rental car with care and as requested, to then receive our vehicle not even close to how it was left. We approached a service rep about the matter and the individual was not helpful at all. Informing us to take out of our time to drive back another day to clean and repair the misuses done. Due to this matter my wife had to take out of her daily schedule with our 9 months old to then go have our car cleaned and detailed, wasting time as well as our own money. This was by far the worst experience we've encountered with the Bomnin West Kendall Service department.
