Update - Avoid doing business with this dealership

I bought my daughter a used car through Autonation Chevrolet Doral and was told there was a 90 day warranty in case it had any issues. The car had a few problems so I took it into an Autonation location closer to my home. When the local service agent contacted Doral, they refused to authorize the work because they said it was too expensive. They literally won't honor the warranty because their own company charges too much for service. Meanwhile, my daughter's car has been at the shop untouched for over a week and my contact at Doral won't take my calls. This level of fraud and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend doing business with these people. Update April 2025: 4/14 update Doral finally submitted the warranty information to my local Autonation today. After assuring me everything was going to be handled quickly, the work was denied again. I've called multiple times and no one picks up the phone or calls me back. I can't say I've ever heard of this kind of fraud and incompetence all happening at once.
