Failure to Honor Warranty

Even after working with this dealer, GM, & the selling dealer, this dealer failed to honor the warranty on this vehicle. All of these parties were fully aware that the warranty was in effect, but chose to use Carfax as the source of truth rather than their own records. Plus, they jeopardized the safety of toddlers and infant, by failing to fix this vehicle quickly. I would avoid this company as they are not good people.
