Jenkins Lincoln

This was my first purchase from this dealership. I first contacted David at Jenkins Lincoln by phone when I saw the color and model I was looking for on their website. David was very professional and helpful. He texted me pictures of the car. He made a follow up phone call and did not bother me again when I told him I was shopping and looking at other options and dealers. After spending several months thinking about the purchase I called him back and he remembered me and said the car was still there and he would be happy to let me test drive it. My husband and I drove to the dealership and met with David who answered all our questions. We drove the vehicle and told him we would purchase it if we could take it with us that day and he said we can have everything ready in a couple of hours. We returned and got as much instruction concerning the new Navigator as we wanted. We drove it home. He gave me his cell number and said to call if we had any questions at all. I did have several questions and he was able to answer them all and was prompt getting back to me and told me to never hesitate to call him anytime in the future. It is a wonderful vehicle, I love it, and so far have not had to call him again. My experience at Jenkins Lincoln was most pleasant.
