Typical Dealership with with a different type of scam! They claim to have no dealer fee's but want to Low-Ball you on your trade in. $3,000 difference from what the site's that make sure you don't get ripped off (KBB, Nada, Etc.) and what the sales manager brings to you is a JOKE! He didn't even know how to do his job properly... After pulling out my phone and showing him his mistake, his attitude changed quickly to a negative one. I'm shocked this man, Munson, was even made a manager! He couldn't even answer my common sense questions without saying some remark like "he's not a very bright guy" and smirking... This is NOT the guy you want to deal with! My recommendation? Go to any other dealership, dealer fee or not, and see what kind of deal you can get. Even if you get charged a $1,000 dealer fee but they give you what your car is worth, you have done better than shopping at Mullinax!
