The Salesman that helped me pick out my vehicle was patient and helpful. But the account manager or the guy that I signed my paper work with seemed very shady. He put papers before us to sign that was not matching the price he was telling us, then when I noticed the difference he stated that was just a sample so I stated if you expect me to sign this form it needs to match what your telling me. He spent forever trying to get the figures to match and they never did. So he stated He had a dyslexic moment, then later stated that he could electronically sign the rest of my forms for me. I told him no I like to read what I'm signing; thank God because I found another form with the wrong amounts on it. I was so close to canceling my deal and walking out without a vehicle that day, because by this time I had lost all trust. Needless to say I felt like he was working hard to rip me off and It left me with a feeling that I'm still not comfortable with.
