Poor Manager of Service non caring

onHorrible experience with outcome of my service. Josh W is a very rude manager and could use some training on how to respond to Buick’s customers that are spending money! Formal complaint filed and contacted Sharon as recommended by corporate. Little faith in anything being done...Will not be back to this location. Was serviced by a smaller entity the day after my horrible experience and was treated awesome! Shame in Buick OP

Hello Beverly, I regret to learn that your wait time was longer than expected during your visit with us and assure you that our technicians work hard to get you safely back out on the roads. When a customer is in need of a part that we do not have, we are already ready to assist and order what is need for repair, but we, unfortunately, have no control on when parts get received.
