It took a very long time to get an appointment. I was supposed to get a recall problem fixed, an oil change and my seat fixed. All they did was an oil change. Did not have the part for my seat. The service area was very unorganized, long line and no where to stand. Then when I picked it up, they had lost my key. I have been disappointed with this dealership since I started the process of buying my car. I would not recommend any part of this location with another person.
