Bit Surprised

Kayla Rios was very professional. Although I was a bit surprised when I was told that I needed $1875.37 worth of work in the near future. I was pleased to know this (for my own safety and the proper upkeep of my vehicle when traveling back to Canada in the spring) from the inspection you always provide when bringing my vehicle for service. What I find a bit disturbing is my I did not know this from my previous visit exactly one month before when I did to receive your normal accompanying inspection.
