Jorge Pino met me at the Homestead Spitzer Jeep Dealer Service Entry a half hour early at 7:00 AM, immediately plugged in the diagnostic IPad, diagnosed my issue, advised me the time for a full diagnostic and service , advised of the range of time and cost , and led me to the Customer Lounge. He managed my expectations and was right on the mark. Excellent all around service with a professional attitude.
