onI spoke to my service rep George, he got me in straight away. I initially went for my oil change, George showed me that I still had 30% oil life left, which I appreciated. I was going on a long trip and went ahead with the oil change. George also noted that I had a recal. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just a software update. I was pleased that he didn’t want to do anything unnecessary. I left the truck at Spitzer and George called me back 90 minutes later to let me know the truck was ready. Overall the service and communication is great. I have been going to Spitzer for years and have yet to have any issues. Happy customer.
