I like that Jesse was hassle free. He did not hound me. I liked Paul McArthur. He was very professional and was able to remedy a problem about a broken promise to me. I was quoted 1.9% financing for 60 months on my Odyssey. On the day that I came in to finalize paperwork, I was told that I should not have been promised the 1.9% for 60 months, because the Odyssey was not part of that financing promotion. I was very upset. Everything was going so smoothly. However, Paul was able to give me a better discount on the van and increase the value they gave me for my trade in. I'm still a bit unhappy about it, but Paul did his best. I really liked the electronic signing process during the financing paperwork.
