Brian shouldn’t manage anything. You and your dealership are a circus. The only reason why I didn’t buy my 2024 Jag FType from your disgraceful dealership is because I got completely ignored from your salesman and F&I Manager Derek Harp, when I was ready to purchase. Matt Richter, a mutual friend of ours was kind enough to refer me to your dealership. You also ignored me when I reached out to you about purchasing. That’s how I knew who you were. It doesn’t matter where I purchased my car from, it’s covered under a Jaguar warranty. Techs were given a simple job to repair my vehicle and it comes out worse than it went in. The Del Negros are a disgrace to the Jaguar name and I’m sure they will tarnish Lamborghini of Naples name too. The only good thing to come out of that place is Dillon, who has always tried to help. Then to have some random service advisor say people need to be nice ? I have always been nice to people who respect me and your dealership has done nothing but disrespect me -including you.
