Fort Myers INFINITI
Dealership Sales Review
I bought a 2-year-old Kia SUV and 11 hours after I purchased it, the battery was dead. This should have been something that was checked before I was handed the keys. Because it wouldn't start the next morning, my wife had to take off work to take care of this problem. Infiniti said it would reimburse us for the cost of the battery, however, it took nearly 2 weeks to get the check. I also notified them through email that was sent to a salesman and a manager, that the 2nd row seat on the driver's side would not move from the position it was in when we bought it. It is stuck straight up--it won't go forward or backward. A week later, I have still not received a response. If you are not a high roller who is going to spend 60k or more on a car, prepare to be treated like you are a nobody. I am sure if I had bought a used Infiniti or Mercedes, I would have had a return email or call within a day or so.
