Victory Layne Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
With my tire rotation, they did not add air to the back tires after moving from the front. This is the only dealership the truck has been at (2 visits) and a lug nut cover is missing already. Also behind steering wheel on both sides the covers are coming undone, not sure why they would access that area. If this is the visual aspects I see, then what has happened I can't see. Fuel filter was supposed to be changed, not sure. Trust has been lost on the simple tasks that are evident. The while sales visit is clunky. Why ask me my mileage, when your supposed to get that info anyway with all your diagnostic readings. When I come back to pi k up vehicle, I go to svc area, they tell me to go to a payment desk, then payment desk tells me to go back to svc to get my keys, then svc leaves the desk to an office behind the payment desk to get the keys. What in the world was that I just watched. It was almost comical. Unfortunately, I have to find another place, I can not continue with their way of business.
