Lee Auto Group

I really like these guys, so this was a hard review to write. They’re friendly, and eager to help. That said a company is only as good as the companies they partner with, and Lee auto group does not work with reputable companies. I purchased a Jeep in the beginning of December. Lee auto group also sold me a extended warranty at a cost of $2600. After the purchase I took the jeep in for an inspection, and it required a $1000 worth of work, none of which was covered by the warranty. I called Lee auto group and cancelled the warranty (I was still within the 30-day window to cancel) and they assured me they’d call the company and cancel the policy. I heard nothing for two weeks, called Lee auto group again, and was assured again they had called and cancelled the warranty and I should be hearing from the warranty company shortly. I waited another 2 weeks after that (a full month after calling to cancel the warranty) and called the warranty company, only to find that my warranty still in effect (The dealer must call to cancel the policy). Now, unfortunately, I’m out $2600 on a useless warranty and Lee auto group gets a bad review because someone they work with isn’t reputable.
