My wife is the original and only owner of a 2006 350 SLK. Her SLK's main engine computer died and we had never been to MB of Ft. Lauderdale before. We have always used MB of Miami because we purchased a CLA 250 from there 4 years ago and we were always treated well by them. However, after moving to Davie, MB of Ft. Lauderdale was closer. Francisco was assigned as our service representative and from the moment he introduced himself I noticed how polite, humble, and professional he was. When Francisco advised us of our issue, he immediately facilitated the shipping of a new computer from Germany within two days and all work completed by day three. But Francisco really stood out as superior due to his 17 years as an MB tech. Francisco further advised us of several items that could possibly cause major damage if not a catastrophic fail. The engine mounts were done. The struts, bushings, and several other associated items were also unsatisfactory. Francisco calmly, reasonably, and rationally explained to my wife these issues but also came up with a plan to fix these items in small steps so as not to create a financial set back for us. But the best thing that Francisco did, without Francisco even realizing it, was to inspire me to buy my wife a brand new 2023 GLA 250 from MB of Ft. Lauderdale the same day we picked up my wife's 2006 SLK 350. Thank you to Francisco for being absolutely excellent.
