I’ve been coming here for years. Surprised by outrageous price increase for service. Had to negotiate a discount as rates were over the top. In addition, my car would always be returned washed an cleaned post service. This did not take place. Very disappointing. Service levels here were always the best. Not now. Woman who also manages loaner cars was rude - does not smile and seems very unhappy at her job.
