Sales Person: Marcello F Finance Person: Majid H General Sales Manager: JC Managing Partner: Aric G The facilities are magnificient. It was clean, crisp and had nice amenities. Their waiting room served Starbucks, chocolates and they also had a play area for children. The sales person was amazing from start to finish. Made me feel I could trust his advice. He wasn't a sales person in the end but a friend on my side working with me. The finance person was easy to talk to. Took time to help explain every aspect of the deal. He was the only one writing deals at the time which caused several hours of delay.Not his fault. General Sales Manager was not helpful. He could use some training in dealing with customers. He had a poor attitude. He gave me the feeling that it was his way or the highway. Not a forward thinker. Managing Partner: Very helpful. Saved the whole experience in my opinion. After seven hours at the dealer I almost had it before he came out to chat with me. He followed the LEARN process exactly. (Listen, Empathize, Apologize,Respond, and Notify). He is a forward thinker
