Dealership Service Review
First and foremost before I start, I absolutely love my brand new Alfa, Romeo, Stelvio, Veloce and my new car sales experience was great. This was my first visit to Rick Case Alfa Romeo Service. I am going to be very honest no sugarcoating here with the hope Rita Case makes some changes because going forward I would like to have the same favorable experiences with Rick Case service that I had with BMW. I am a previous 20 year BMW owner and have to say there’s absolutely no comparison in the service departments between Holman BMW of Pembroke Pines and Rick Case Alpha Romeo service. From the start it doesn’t have a luxury car look or feel, no customer waiting area. I took a walk around the back where they service and let me just say to be kind once again, no comparison to the BMW customer waiting area that you could see your vehicle getting worked on through a large picture window to the air-conditioned pristine shop area. You can do this while you’re there drinking complimentary coffee, eating bagels/donuts and drinking soda or water. There’s also a big screen TV to view as opposed to the loud Latin music playing in Rick Cases service area .Upon picking up my Stelvio and being told that what I brought it in for, was taken care of only to find when I returned home and restarted the vehicle the same service message I brought it in for came up on the dash. I could continue with a bit more negativity, but I will stop here with the hope that Rita Case does what she should for a luxury car dealership and I will have a long-term service relationship with them. Rita please make me a long term loyal Rick Case, Alfa, Romeo Customer.
