Step One Ford Crestview

After I agreed on price the contract came out $900 dollars more than agreed upon price. I was told I would get a check equal to overcharge and still no check a week later. I guess they treated themselves to a nice dinner at my expense. Still no response from salesman and calls go to voicemail. A week after sale and still no finance contract. I don't see how they can stay in business when they mistreat their customers like that.
