Non return of down payment

onI have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. The last time we had a problem with the bank because of an unsettled Gap claim. I was asked to return the car and I would receive my down payment back. The salesman checked the car and the mileage when I brought it in, but the following day I called about my money I was told the car was damaged. I reminded them the car was inspected by them, so the damage happened at the dealership. They do not return my calls and neither does Kia Customer Service. Dishonorable company, lists and cheats. You stole from a disabled senior citizen on widow benefits.
