We went to this dealership because we knew they had the car we wanted on their lot. We had an internet bid, they were cordial, professional and honored our bid without any problems. We dealt with one salesman, one finance manager and one tech to register us on Bluetooth. Very easy, not time consuming. They also gave us a fair trade in.
