Had my Passport worked on last week and inquired about detailing services. Didn't end up getting the car detailed, but in a kind gesture, Mike had the detailers look at the vehicle and remove some scratches on the side panel. I was amazed when I came back to get the car as it looked as good as new. Service like this helps to justify why I drive a 1/2 hour to bring my care there when another Honda dealership is 5 minutes away.
