The process of buying was smooth and relatively pain-free. My salesman Peter seemed genuinely interested in us having a positive experience and getting cars we would like, and seemed to genuinely care about us as human beings on the other end of the purchase. We never felt rushed or pressured. Negotiations went smoothly and seemed to demonstrate that Ed Morse and your sales manager were interested in a win-win deal.
