Dealership Sales Review
On a planned road trip from PA to DC, I had decided to take a longer route through DE to visit I.G. Burton to check out a particular vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication along the way, the wrong car was waiting for me when I arrived at the I.G. Burton Milford location -- instead it was 40 min away at the I.G. Burton Seaford location. To make matters worse, I got lost on my way to Seaford due to the incorrect address in Google Maps (someone really needs to update that!). However, once I finally did arrive at Seaford, the car buying experience was top-notch. Jay, the sales advisor, was very courteous, respectful, and professional, and he also expressed his apologies for the mix-up. While discussing the terms of the sale, Walt, the sales manager, personally introduced himself and took it upon himself to go the extra mile to earn my business. I got the sense that this dealership had the customer as their first priority, which is something I really appreciate. I am very satisfied with the customer service, and, in the end, I drove off with a new car that fit my budget and is perfect for my family.
