CarMax Newark

My car I originally bought from carmax a year ago was totaled and the insurance company payed what the car was worth but I owed about $3000 more then what the car was worth. Went to carmax to find a new car. Cathy was the sales person I dealt with. We discussed rolling over what I owed on my original car into my new car loan so I would just have 1 car payment. Signed all the paperwork left with my car. A month later I get 2 separate car bills. And my new car has already been in the shop twice in less then 30 days of owning it for issues. Never again will I ever go to carmax!
