I recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee at Executive Dodge Jeep. The experience was far better than past experiences buying cars and even dealing with other Jeep dealers during this purchase experience. The team is very honest and gets right to the bottom line. They gave me their best price on the vehicle I was looking at right upfront to avoid needing any negotiation later. Sales rep stays on top of the customer experience and follows up on e-mails and phone calls promptly. They also provide key information over the phone and email to me without making me drive in to the dealership for every conversation (which I experienced with other dealers). I had my whole family with me on the day I was looking at and test driving vehicles, and the team even made sure my 6 year old had a great experience as he got to "drive" the cars on the showroom floor and use a sales office to color and read for a while. The whole team ensures they meet you up front including the General Manager to ensure your experience is positive and all your questions are answered. The Finance Manager worked with me to ensure I was making the right choices on financing and did not miss out on any rebates available to me. Executive has a lot of their own offerings on top of Jeep like a lifetime powertrain guarantee which top off the deal. Their sales team is salary based with bonuses based on customer feedback (not sales commission) so they are focused on you not the price of the car you buy. In the end of the day, I bought a different Grand Cherokee than I went into buy but I truly feel it was the right one for me after the help of the team. I have three Jeep dealerships closer to my home than Executive (two of which I purchased from in the past) and I will always make the time to go straight to Executive for future purchases.
