Executive Dodge Jeep Ram of Wallingford

Just purchased our third dodge minivan. We have been working with this dealership for 20 years including the service department. Vinny made the experience excellent and spent a great deal of time going over the options with us. I just wish he knew that our cell phone would not work with the car which is not compatable with the vehicle. now we must purchase a new cell phone. As for David I was not very happy with him. Please get everything in writing when you are purchasing a car. He was not totally honest with me as to the sale. Every deal makes money on a car no matter what they say. They should always give some type of a thank you gift for the purchase even if it is a free oil change just to welcome you to the service department. overall it was a great experience.
