William M. was extremely welcoming and friendly. He was not pushy at all and took the time to understand what type of vehicle and price point I was interested in. Within a couple of hours, I had the perfect vehicle for me and within a week I was able to drive off the lot, but not before he spent significant time going through every operational function and feature my car had. I have only had my car five days and I could not be happier with the overall Audi experience I received at Audi of Wallingford. I look forward to the coming years with my Q5 and continuing to receive the service and friendliness when I come there for maintenance!
