William Morales was friendly, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgable about the cars. All our questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. Roseanne Vece gave us a very good trade in-value on our BMW X5, as well as pricing on the Audi Q5, which we purchased. The process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. We were always made comfortable while awaiting paperwork or assistance. And we love the car!
