Poor customer service

onI leased a car from Georgetown Subaru in 2009. In 3 months I will be returning it. At the time of the lease, my tax town was screwed up and now 2 1/2 years it is still not fixed. No one seems to want to fix this problem at Georgetown Subaru. I have an outstanding property tax on my bill for the whole time I have leased it. Georgetown Subaru put on the lease that they I live in Stamford and I live in Darien. Therefore the tax is more than double of what it should be. I spoke with Reid Ferris who continued to make excuses and after excuses as to why this happened. This year, I emailed the owner Paul Garavel who responded to 3 emails and the last time he responded was in February 2012. I have not heard from him or anyone else from Georgetown Subaru since then. It has been over 6 months with no response. I have called every month and he never returns my calls. I am very disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. I would never recommend buying or leasing a car from Georgetown Subaru. I have leased cars for more than 20 years and never have had a problem with Ford or Volvo.
