A Lot of time waiting

A buy a murano from there,but i literally had to wait 5 hours over 3 days to get it!! The price was the lowest available, the suv was in perfect condition, but the whole process was tedius and very exhausting. The 2 sales persons were not giving me their attention, so every step of the sale was very slow.they required me to put a down payment before they could give me the interest rate from the bank and final price, whic is not the normal way to do business. I would not ever come back again!!!
