Dealership Sales Review
As a Doctoral business student these [non-permissible content removed] are a textbook example of how not to conduct business. The first thing I advise people to do is go to the CT small claims and civil courts website and view the amount of cases that these [non-permissible content removed] have against them. I initial purchased a 2005 BMW 745i which was a piece of junk. I took time from my job to travel all the way from New Jersey to CT to take delivery of the car to be told that the company does not have clear title. After unexoectantly staying in CT overnight I hurry back to NJ to teach my class. Upon taking delivery of the car almost a month later all types of warning lights goes off in the car. I call these [non-permissible content removed] and they say bring the junk back. So I trade it for another piece of junk they call aMercedes E350. Upon receipt more problems. I gave away a car that was giving problem to pay money for a car that gave me more problems than my old car. In 60 days they kept the car for 21 days stating that they were working on the problem after renting cars at my expense they failed to correct the problems. I finally had my mechanic to complete the repaid I am in court attempting to be reimbursed by these [non-permissible content removed]. My advise to everyone who reads this review is spend the extra $2000 or $4000 from a reputable dealership. This company baits you with the price bu pt the management will insult your intelligence and you would have the worst headache in your life. I write this review just to warn unsuspecting customers not to follow my path.
