Dealership Sales Review
Do your research. If your looking for a cheap used car with accident history or structural damage and not properly cleaned then this could be the place for you. I was willing to overlook the bad reviews and give them a shot. I test drove the car I was interested in and negotiated with the salesman to make several repairs to the car before I would take it. 2017 Ford explorer 21k miles $24k. After 10 days I was called to come and pick up the car. Kent tried to push me through to finalize financing prior to looking at the car thank goodness I asked to see the car first. Long story short is that even after twice coming in to pick up the car they have still not repaired the car after 2 months and now tell me that they will not make the agreed upon repairs. Total waste of time and they are also trying to keep my $1000 deposit. If you do decide to purchase here do yourself a favor, if they make any promises to you make sure you have them listed on your purchase agreement. On the top right of the contract there is a section "written promises made to consumer". If you leave this blank they are not going to preform the work and will try to keep your deposit when you want to walk away from the deal. Look the dealer up in the CT superior court there are dozens of lawsuits against this company. They also have a D rating with the Better Business Bureau. Run! don't walk away from A Better Way Auto.
