The sales person Emmanuel. So I called before heading there because I live two hours away. Emmanuel asked the phone. He was very well spoken and professional. When maintained that professionalism. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He listened and heard carefully to provide me with what I was looking for in a vehicle. When my decision was made, he explained the documents carefully and patiently. Thank you Emmanuel, you're greatly appreciated.
