I bought a used 2012 Passat TDI and couldn't be happier. I found it online and traveled from NY because of the great price. I love the car and couldn't belive how accommodating the staff and specifically my salesperson, Tom Gromley, was at Volkswagon of Hartford. I was happy with what they offered me for my trade and sealed the deal that day.
