onThe same problem occurred exactly one week later after being serviced. The battery was only two years old. Mercedes insisted it was only the battery. Bought a new battery and the car ran exactly one week. The service person happened to call that week to see how the car was. I told him the car was good for one week and is now sitting in the driveway with the same problem. I was told he would talk to the mechanic and get back to me. No call received. It is now over a month.
