signed paperwork and called 3 days later stating the deal fell threw

I recently purchased or thought I did a used vehicle from antinino just to get a phone call 3 days later stating the financing fell threw and we need to find a new bank and possible put a bigger down payment down. I am a young mother trying to establish credit and have no extra amd they know this. They even added this car to my insurance... but I left on dealer plates... I'm so upset still not knowing what is going to happen
