Greeted in reception area by Jeremy Turcotte & Chris Rivera. They welcome me by name and approach me immediately. They know why I'm there and start the process without delay. Chris is my customer service guy, and out of nowhere, Ashley Deming appears.She's the Loyalty Manager and does her job exceptionally well. Very friendly, gets things done , always keeps you apprised of status, and makes you feel very comfortable.Chris is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, very customer service oriented and all around good guy! He proudly shows off a Nissan Award for service excellence at his station. well deserved. I have had many scheduled maintenance experiences at Lia Nissan of Enfield...every one better than the last. Most recently, two cabin filters needed to be changed, they quoted my wait time at 30 min. My Rogue was ready in 15 min. Everyone who passes through the waiting area smiles and says hi...always offer you water, snacks, coffee, etc. Next month I will visit them with my sister who is ready to trade in her leased Sentra..we're both looking forward to that! They are the # 1 dealership in CT as far as I am concerned.
