onOn 7/22 I called service and Chris Rivera answered. I told Chris what was going on and told me to have the car brought in right away. I had the car towed in at 9:30am. By 4pm he called and explinaed the issue and told me he would order the parts and have the car ready the next day. He set me up with a rental and the next day as promised the car was ready. He was very friendly and helpful through out the process
