Lia Hyundai of Enfield

Just bought a new car this past few months. The salesperson seemed nice and friendly but they gave us a new car with load of scratches, chips and even the interior carpet was dirty. They told us it will be fixed while we were doing the paperwork. When we were done and finally got our new car, all the scratches were still there! Then the salesperson told us to come back and have it done the next day. We believed him, so the next day we brought the car to the service area and showed them the problems, they drove our car inside. 1 hour later they came back and told us the scratches were too deep they couldn't do anything for us and gave us a paint pen to fill up the scratches ourself! We even noticed 2 new deeper scratches on our car's side !!!!! At that time, we were so disappointed we didn't wanna deal with these people anymore and drove back home!
