It is always a pleasure to deal with Susan Roberts from making an appointment to the actual service. She is what excellent customer service is about. She is curtious, efficient, gives feedback, offers suggestions but not pushy. She also makes sure my requested service is done to my satisfaction. She is one of the main reasons I continue to go back to Lia Hyundai of Enfield.
