Susan Roberts is an outstanding employee. It is so difficult these days to get good customer service, and Sue was a breath of fresh air. She was courteous understanding updated me as much as needed through text messages which I thought was so helpful. She was eager to answer all my questions and even let me text her my coupon when I forgot it. Please recognize her as an outstanding employee. She is a huge contrast to whoever you have working the front desks when you walk in to sales. The girl there had blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail. We had received something in the mail about upgrading to a new Hyundai, you were having some promotion that following Saturday. I asked her about it on my way out and she gave me a short dont bother me youre stupid answer. I honestly was so thrown off by her rudeness I never came to the event on Saturday and I was actually considering purchasing a new vehicle. Be careful who you have working your show room, it makes all the difference sometimes in your sales.
