Very Poor Salespeople

This salesperson, Tom Lewis, is the worst salesperson I have ever seen. He made me wait, after I had made an appointment, and then basically brushed me off because he was still busy with another customer. Way to lose business for Hyundai, Lewis! I ended up purchasing a Toyota (incidentally the Toyota dealership actually remembered that the customer is important!).

I agree you have reason to be unhappy with me. I acknowledge we did have an appointment and I was managing 3 customers simultaneously. I was not able to provide you with my full attention. Our dealership that day was extremely busy and I'm sorry I wasn't able to give you the attention you wanted and deserved.
