I have never been so insulted in my life. I entered looking to possibly trade. When I left to go discuss this major purchase with my husband, the statement was made that the sales "professional"(I use this term very loosely) felt that he had been played. Excuse me, but just because I am not leaving with your vehicle, does not mean I played him. I believe that is his job to find the best deal possible. Then, upon leaving, the sales "manager" asked "what do you think?" I stated, I need to discuss this with my husband. I got a response of" That is not what I asked you, what do you think about the car?" By this point I felt very strong armed. When my husband was made aware of this treatment, needless to say, the car could not be given to us, we would be taking our business elsewhere. Upon notifying the sales professional, my husband was told that he is too aggressive and they do not want him a a customer. MY ADVICE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
